1.⁠ ⁠*Colour Services Deposit:* All clients booking color services are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their appointment.

2.⁠ ⁠*No-Show Policy:* Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit the deposit to compensate for the stylist’s lost time.

3.⁠ ⁠*Change Window:* Clients can change their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without losing the deposit.

4.⁠ ⁠*Flexibility for Changes:* Clients are allowed to reschedule the same appointment up to 3 times without losing the deposit, providing flexibility to accommodate unexpected changes.
